Hero-U: Rogue to Redemption is a classic 2D role-playing adventure for Windows PC, Macintosh, and Linux by award-winning game designers Corey and Lori Cole (Quest for Glory, Castle of Dr. Brain, etc.).

An Adventure Role-playing game unlike any other, Hero-U combines the beauty, story, and puzzle-solving game play of a good Adventure Game with the immersion, excitement, character development, and skill improvement of a fun Role-playing game.

Adventure gamers thrive on puzzles. They are why an adventure game is more than just watching a movie or reading a book. Adventures are interactive, and everything you do in the game furthers the plot, or branches it, or gets your character past an obstacle. We love to solve puzzles, and they make the player part of the game.

On the surface, Hero-U plays much like a typical adventure game. Shawn wanders around a fantasy environment, talks to people, and solves problems. But there is a big difference between Hero-U and most adventure games.

Hero-U will feature tactical turn-based combat. Additionally, Shawn, being a rogue, will be able to sneak, backstab, and lay traps. The Quest for Glory games were revolutionary for their time in their offering of multiple ways to solve a problem, so expect much of that.
